Ellen DeGeneres is dancing on the ruins of her neighbor's home. Mwahahaha. The 50-year-old talk show host and her actress partner, Portia de Rossi, purchased an $8.9 million Beverly Hills house next to their own $29 million mansion (previously owned by Will & Grace creator Max Mutchnick), only to tear it down.
